Overview
Cages on fixed ladders are being phased out as the required fall protection. A ladder safety system, a rigid rail or a cable that a climber's sleeve locks onto, is the retrofit that satisfies the rule on existing ladders and is required on new ones. We quote the system for the ladder height, the number of climbers, the mounting brackets for the existing ladder, and the harness and sleeve kits, and can include a new ladder where the old one is too far gone.
