A modular in-plant office is a free-standing, demountable room built from engineered wall panels, a roof deck, and factory-fitted doors and windows. Unlike stick-built drywall, the panels arrive finished on both faces, so there is no framing, taping, or painting on your floor. Standard footprints are the fastest and most economical path because the engineering, cut lists, and electrical layouts already exist.
Plants use them for supervisor offices, quality labs, break rooms, shipping offices, control rooms, and guard shacks. Because the buildings are relocatable equipment rather than permanent construction, many plants can depreciate them on an accelerated schedule and move them when the line changes. Two-story and mezzanine-mounted configurations recover floor space by stacking the office over storage or work cells.
