Columns land on your slab, beams and joists carry the deck you choose, and stairs, handrail, kickplate, and a loading-edge safety gate complete the code package. Engineered to IBC at 125 psf standard, heavier on request. Non-sealed drawings are included; PE-stamped drawings are quoted as an adder when your permit office requires them.
