Training and conference furniture is specified by seat count and room size: nesting training tables and stacking chairs for a classroom that resets, a conference table and chairs for a meeting room, a whiteboard or glass board, and a display mount with the A/V pre-wire. It is quoted with the modular room so the room is usable the day it is finished.

How to specify training and conference furniture
For a 12' x 20' room, twelve seats at training tables in rows or a single conference table for ten is the usual layout. For 16' x 20', sixteen to twenty seats. Nesting tables and stacking chairs let a room change from classroom to meeting in minutes.
